Upon submission, your project will be reviewed within 2 business days, where you will be notified as to the status of your project. If your project is approved for production you will be sent a form to make payment. Production will begin within 1 business day after payment has been made. If your project is rejected for any reason you will be notified with a detailed explanation that will include information on what changes are required in order to get your project approved. 

For each project, you will have two rounds of edits after you are provided with the first draft. If further rounds of edits are needed to complete the project, additional charges may be applied. Edits can typically be made 2-3 business days after they are submitted. 

It will be your responsibility to check the spelling, grammar, punctuation and accuracy of information in your content. 

The turnaround time for final completion will vary based on the scope of the project and the amount of time taken to review and make changes. It is highly recommended that you place requests at least 10 business days prior to the date needed. Rush requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may not be approved. If a rush request is approved, additional charges will be applied prior to the start of production.
